Anxiety Gone with the Law of Attraction

This question was asked of me by a client about anxiety:

confused girlPlease help me! I go to bed every night with positive feelings, feeling good about myself, etc….but every morning I wake up with anxiety! It’s usually anxiety about a variety of issues, and I have no idea where the anxiety is coming from. I know we are supposed to start our day with positive feelings, emotions, and thoughts, so I feel like I am hitting a road block when I start my day “on the wrong foot with all this anxiety.” Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone give me some helpful advice? When I feel anxiety, I usually begin reading one of my LOA books to get me more centered, and I think of things that I am grateful for. Sometimes this works, other times it takes me awhile to get centered again. This can mean that I am anxious/sad/unhappy until the end of the day. I’m having a hard time manifesting what I want because of this anxiety problem. Any advice? Did this happen to anyone else as they were starting out with LOA? Thanks!

Actually, this is very common. I have many clients who have found this to be a problem. They look at their day and are overwhelmed and just like you, filled with anxiety. It is easily corrected. Reading a book is fine, but it is a very slow process to get you into high vibrational feelings to replace the low vibrational anxiety ones you have upon waking. First of all, you want to create the habit upon waking of feeling and even naming the things you have in your life that you for which you feel gratitude. Gratitude is a high vibrational feeling close to joy. Next, you want to connect with your Source (God, the Universe, a High Power) from which all energy, love and high vibrations flow into you. Once you get the hang of this, you can do it in about 1-2 minutes; however it will take you a little longer at first.

See and feel the love coming in in the form of light from above your head flowing into your crown and spreading throughout your body. It goes to your eyes so you see love in all things throughout the day, and your ears so that you hear the love in all things, and then your mouth o that as your speak only love energy in all your transactions throughout the day…..and so on. The energy will do as you direct it. Allow the light to flow throughout your whole body and you WILL FEEL a difference. Now, take a moment and visualize what you want to happen in your day in the most positive, loving way and go forward with that energy. Do not think of the things that bring you anxiety. Think only of what you want because what you focus on expands. If you lose this feeling of being connected to your energy Source during the day, it is easy to connect once again now you know how. Enjoy! Life can change for forever with this one tiny habit and anxiety gone forever because no matter what time of the day it is, this  will work.
